Human resources is a position of great interest by job seekers in various companies. The term human resources is used by those who work for companies or agencies and are responsible for managing resources related to employees.

This TAFE Western Australia Human Resources department will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to work as a professional in the field of human resource management in a company, to become a Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Assistant or Payroll Officer.

Here you will also learn to do the functions of human resources such as recruitment and selection, training, to workforce planning.

In addition, you will also be trained to be able to contribute to achieving business goals and develop various strategies and human resource services to support the sustainability of a business.

For those of you who are interested in studying at this program, international students are required to have an IELTS with a minimum score of 5.5, with a note; each ability score must not be less than 5.0.
